Teen Action Leadership Committee - TALC
Want to help your community and have a great outdoor adventures?  Here is your opportunity!
We focus on leadership and team building by planning and participating in outdoor recreation , as well as assisting with community events.
TALC is a great way to meet new friends, get involved with your community, and experience fun outdoor adventures.
This year, TALC plans to hold camping trips, a mountain bike excursion, and participate in several community events.
TALC is for Teens 13 - 17.
TALC meeting are held at the Conzelmann Center, 2201 Cottage Way.
TALC meets on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. (call ahead to check exact dates)

TALC Mountain Biking
with Trips for Kids
Come join TALC for a bike ride adventure!
Bikes, gloves, helmets, lunches, and a personal water bottle will be provided to all participants who join this group ride to Tennessee Valley's Beach!
The ride is a beginner trail for all 12 - 17 year olds who wish to participated in a fun and friendly atmosphere.  Transportation included.
Meet at Howe Park: 8:00 a.m.
Arrive Back: 4:00 p.m.
Cost $12 ($10 for TALC members)

TALC Camping Trip
We are currently planning our summer camping trip for teens.  The trip will be held in late June, 2010.
TALC camping trips include food, transportation, tents, sleeping bags, and campsite ... and are very afforadable!
